Latest Manchester United Injury News: Updates On Lindelof, Martial And Pogba

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he expects Victor Lindelof to be available for the clash against Manchester City tomorrow.

The Swedish international sat out the 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace during the week due to a back injury, but he did make the bench for the match at Selhurst Park so the issue is not serious.

Anthony Martial is recovering from a knee problem he picked up in training on Monday and he is touch and go in terms of his involvement in the derby.

Donny van de Beek is in the same boat. The Dutchman is thought to be building up his fitness but Solskjaer has said that the player is still suffering with a knock that resulted in his absence for the Palace game.

Paul Pogba is not back in training yet and, with the Frenchman having been out for over a month with a thigh injury, it’s highly unlikely that he’ll feature at the Etihad Stadium. Phil Jones (knee) and Juan Mata also remain out of contention.
