La Liga Star Has ‘Offers From Manchester United, Chelsea And PSG’ As Club Sets 60M Price Tag

Real Madrid centre-back Raphael Varane has received “offers from Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG” according to ABC.

The Spanish newspaper does, however, claim that the likeliest destination for the 28-year-old is Paris at the moment. They put forward the suggestion that manager Mauricio Pochettino is keen on signing the Frenchman and his teammate Sergio Ramos, who is available on a free transfer this summer.

Real president Florentino Perez has confirmed that the La Liga club have yet to make a decision on Varane’s future, with the defender now closing in on the final year of his contract at the Bernabeu.

It is widely believed that the defender will be sold if he decides against signing an extension and, in another report, ABC say the centre-half’s asking price will be €70m (£60m).

Any movement, in terms of a potential sale, is only likely to happen after the European Championships when Varane is expected to make up his mind about his next club.
