Manchester United have not agreed an £80m deal for Leicester City’s Harry Maguire, according to the Leicester Mercury.
Reports yesterday claimed that the centre-back was due to have a medical ahead of finalising his switch to Old Trafford.
However, the local newspaper, who have close ties with the Foxes, say that although no agreement has been reached between the two clubs, the player is hopeful a deal will be reached soon:
Some fans are frustrated that an agreement for Maguire hasn’t been struck:

In any case, it does appear that United are Maguire’s likeliest destination. Leicester are notorious for drawing out negotiations in order to get the maximum amount for their players.
Manchester City took two transfer windows to conclude a deal for Riyad Mahrez, but United will be hoping for a much swifter conclusion to signing Maguire.
