Journalist Names The “Favourites” To Sign 36M Brazilian Wonderkid With United Among Clubs Expected To Table Bid

Paris Saint-Germain are currently the “favourites” to secure the signature of Palmeiras forward Endrick, according to journalist Jorge Nicola.

Any club can trigger the 16-year-old’s €40m (£36m) release clause so there is a big scramble for his signature underway but it does appear as if PSG are the frontrunners as things stand.

Endrick has been linked with all of the Premier League’s Big Six, including Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham.

However, Nicola claims that United, Spurs and Newcastle are the teams in England who are the likeliest to make bids for the teenager “in the not very distant future”.

Endrick has not even made his senior debut yet, but he was named as an unused substitute for Palmeiras’ last league game against Santos before the international break.

Despite his inexperience, many believe the striker possesses the talent to reach the standard of Neymar, so United’s willingness to table an offer for the player is not surprising.
