Barcelona “has proposed” a swap deal which would see Ousmane Dembele and Manchester United forward Anthony Martial switching clubs, according to Spanish journalist Jose Alvarez.
The reporter was speaking on TV programme El Chiringuito when he made the claim that Barca are keen for the exchange to go ahead:

Dembele has six months left on his contract at the Camp Nou and the Frenchman has so far refused to sign an extension, which explains Barcelona’s interest in selling him this month.
The La Liga side paid £135.5m for the Frenchman four and a half years ago, and they are in danger of losing the player for nothing at the end of the season.
Chelsea, Arsenal, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have also been mentioned as potential suitors for Dembele, but United appear to be the frontrunners currently.
However, with Dembele available on a free transfer in July, it would be a surprise if they were open to offloading Martial now in order to get the Barca star before the summer.
