Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Andre Onana – not the best performance from the club’s No.1 at the Amex. That slide tackle in particular had hearts in mouths. Needs to show more composure this weekend.
RB – Noussair Mazraoui – followed up an excellent debut with a less-than-stellar display against Brighton, getting caught out for Welbeck’s goal. He will have a job on his hands keeping Luis Diaz quiet.
CB – Matthijs de Ligt – it’s time for the Dutchman to start, and that means Harry Maguire is the likeliest to make way.
CB – Lisandro Martinez – went missing for Welbeck’s opener last weekend, but he won’t lose his place because of it.
LB – Diogo Dalot – a good performance from the Portuguese international at both ends of the pitch versus the Seagulls. Will continue to cover at left-back.
