‘I Don’t Think…’ Controversial Pundit Makes Huge Erik Ten Hag And Manchester United Prediction Ahead Of New Premier League Season

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jamie O’Hara is not a fan of Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag – he thinks the Dutchman will be sacked before the end of the upcoming season.

He did not place the full weight of the blame on him, however – he noted that Ten Hag has had rotten luck with injuries during his time at Old Trafford. With Leny Yoro and Rasmus Hojlund set to miss the start of the season, this is a problem that persists.

Nevertheless, O’Hara expressed doubts as to whether Ten Hag can be ‘consistent’ in getting positive results this season, noting the ‘pressure’ that one feels at the helm of such a big club.

What did Jamie O’Hara say about Erik ten Hag and Manchester United?

Speaking with Grosvenor Sport, O’Hara said: “I don’t think Erik ten Hag will last the season. I do feel for him a little bit because he’s had to deal with a lot of injuries both last season and throughout this pre-season, but this is Manchester United we’re talking about here. The pressure will always be on, and you have to continuously get good results across all competitions you play in.

“I think Manchester United are going to struggle again. They’ve picked up loads of injuries again before the season has even started – they’ve brought in Leny Yoro as a young star in defence and he breaks his foot, it just sums them up at the moment. I was expecting a big season for Rasmus Hojlund but he’s now out for a few weeks too – they’re going into the season with half the team again, it’s ridiculous.

“It can’t be a coincidence that this keeps happening – they need to review the way they do things off the pitch because something with their schedule is not right. Erik ten Hag is under pressure as it is and he’s already having to fight fires with their injury list – they’re already on the back foot before the season even starts.”
