Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund are just €5m (£4.3m) apart in their valuations of Jadon Sancho, according to Sport1‘s chief reporter Patrick Berger.
Speaking on the Stretford Paddock podcast, the German journalist claimed that the Red Devils have made an offer of €85m (£73m) including bonuses for the 21-year-old, while Dortmund are still holding out for a guaranteed €90m (£77m):

Supporters on Twitter are getting rather frustrated with the slow pace of negotiations, and most just want United to pay up so the deal can get over the line:
it’s literally 5m just pay it ffs

Just give them the extra £5million instead of playing hard to get else they’ll just play hard to get better than us and say you’re not having him

It does appear that progress is being made, although it must be said that talks have been long and drawn out. If rivals such as Chelsea or Liverpool had also been genuinely interested in signing Sancho, they could well have hijacked the deal, but as things stand, the England international looks very likely to be playing at Old Trafford next season.
