Italian Heavyweights Planning Loan To Buy Offer For United’s Pogba

Juventus will look to re-sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba in the January transfer window, according to reports in Italy.

The move is unlikely to happen, however, with the Bianconeri only preparing a loan offer for the Frenchman, in view to signing him permanently at the end of the season.

It would see Pogba make a temporary move back to Italy before Juve finalise a €70m (£62m) switch in the summer.

Considering United paid €105m for the midfielder in 2016, the likelihood of the Manchester club agreeing to such an offer is very low.

During his time at Old Trafford, Pogba has won the World Cup and increased his standing in the game despite some inconsistent performances at club level.

It is also believed that Juventus would also have to sell players in order to finance a move for the 25-year-old, suggesting a bid for their former player is likely to be quite far off even if they are interested in re-signing him.
