Ruben Amorim will take charge of Manchester United for the first time this weekend as they face a trip to Ipswich Town. 

The Red Devils will hope that the Amorim era can get off to a good start as the new manager will have plenty of tough selection decisions to make ahead of his first game.

At Sporting CP, Amorim liked to play a 3-4-3 formation so the Portuguese manager may decide to bring the same style to a United team that need a boost in form.

They come off the back of a 3-0 win against Leicester City in what was Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s last game in charge of the club.
