Inter ‘Interested’ In Taking 35M United Signing As Part Of Deal For Eriksen

Inter Milan would be “interested” in signing Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek were he to be offered in negotiations for Christian Eriksen, according to Calciomercato.com.

The Italian website claim that the Nerazzurri know it is an unlikely possibility, considering the Dutchman was only snapped up by the Red Devils from Ajax for an initial £35m in the summer.

However, with van de Beek having failed to make an impact since his arrival at Old Trafford, Inter would be prepared to take him off United’s hands if they wanted Eriksen in exchange.

Considering the Danish playmaker is valued at a lower amount than van de Beek, any swap deal would have to involve the Italian side paying some money on top but that doesn’t seem likely from what Calciomercato reports.

A switch to Arsenal or Paris Saint-Germain for Eriksen are the more likely scenarios at the moment, with both clubs having players to exchange who would also interest Inter.
