Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea put in a world-class display to ensure that the Red Devils came out 1-0 winners against Tottenham yesterday evening.
The Spanish international was in top form as he used his hands and legs to keep out the opposition on multiple occasions.
After the match, de Gea hailed the win as a “perfect night”, and fans on Twitter were quick to respond with praise:

De Gea’s form has been questioned on occasions this season. After a number of below-par displays at the World Cup, it wasn’t a surprise that he returned to Old Trafford lacking in confidence.
The goal that he conceded against Arsenal in the 2-2 draw back in early December was particularly poor, but over the past month, he has got back to his best.
As the cliche goes: form is temporary but class is permanent. De Gea certainly showed that with his performance yesterday.
