‘High On The List’ Report Confirms United Are Weighing Up 30M Move For Championship Star

Manchester United remain interested in signing Norwich right-back Max Aarons, according to Sky Sports. The news channel reports that the 21-year-old is “high on the list” of targets that the Red Devils are pursuing as they seek competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The most recent reports about the defender have linked him with the likes of West Ham and Arsenal, with Norwich expected to demand a fee in the region of £30m.

Whether such an asking price will put off United, we shall have to wait and see. Atletico Madrid’s Kieran Trippier is also still being looked at but the England international is now 30 years of age and wouldn’t cost a great deal less.

United’s priorities for the summer transfer window have reportedly shifted away from the top end of the pitch, with it being claimed that the focus of the club’s recruitment in the coming months will be in defence and midfield.
