‘Here Comes The 2nd One’ ‘Let’s Hope The Deal Gets Finalized’ Fans React As United Make Breakthrough In Talks Over 109M Transfer

Manchester United have made a breakthrough in their discussions with Jadon Sancho‘s representatives in regards to personal terms, according to ESPN journalist Rob Dawson.

There has been disagreements over the England international’s salary, as well as agent fees, but with this latest development, fans on Twitter are hopeful that negotiations are progressing towards a successful conclusion:

We shall have to wait and see whether that leads to a formal offer for Sancho. Borussia Dortmund are still holding out for €120m (£109m) and it remains to be seen whether a compromise can be reached on the asking price.

Previous reports have claimed that United may well structure a bid including instalments and add-ons which could well satisfy Dortmund’s demands. It is hoped that, once personal terms are finally agreed with the player, an official approach will be made so an agreement over a fee can be reached quickly.
