Greenwood, James And Bailly To Start, Rashford Rested: United’s Predicted XI To Face Liverpool

Although this is a big game against a historic rival, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still expected to rotate his side for the clash against Liverpool this evening.

Dean Henderson will return in goal, ahead of David De Gea, and we may see Eric Bailly come in for Victor Lindelof at centre-half. Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw will make up the rest of the back four.

In midfield, Nemanja Matic could be handed a start in place of Scott McTominay, with Fred and Bruno Fernandes also likely to be named in the eleven.

Up front, Marcus Rashford is expected to be rested, considering he is managing an ankle injury, with Mason Greenwood coming into the starting lineup. Dan James may also replace Paul Pogba on the left flank.
