Greenwood, Fred And Lingard To Start: United’s Predicted Line Up To Face West Ham

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has six players out injured for the game against West Ham tomorrow afternoon.

Luke Shaw has failed to recover from a hamstring injury so Ashley Young will likely continue to deputise. Marcos Rojo performed well on the left-hand side against Astana but Solskjaer will probably go back to the defence that kept a clean sheet against Leicester last weekend.

In midfield, the continued absence of Paul Pogba (ankle) means there is a place up for grabs in the middle of the park. Nemanja Matic has played the last two games but with Fred having impressed midweek, Solskjaer may look to pick the Brazilian alongside Scott McTominay.

Daniel James (knock) is unlikely to feature and Anthony Martial (thigh) is out of contention so Mason Greenwood could be set for his first league start of the season. Solskjaer could line up with the 17-year-old centrally, Marcus Rashford on the left and Jesse Lingard on the right.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face West Ham:

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Young, Pereira, McTominay, Fred, Lingard, Greenwood, Rashford
