Manchester United are interested in signing Independiente del Valle midfielder Moises Caicedo when the January transfer window opens, according to reports in the UK.
The change in work permit rules after Brexit will soon make it difficult to sign foreign players, so the Red Devils want to get the deal done for the Ecuadorian teenager next month.
Although not much is known about Caicedo, he has already picked up four caps at senior level for his country, and supporters on Twitter have called on the club to sign the 19-year-old as soon as possible:
Get it done quick

United are seemingly going full steam ahead with their new recruitment strategy of signing young players. Facundo Pellesti arrived from Uruguay’s Penarol in October while Amad Diallo is expected to join from Atalanta at the start of January.
Caicedo would likely be snapped up initially to play in the Under 23s but he is clearly a promising young player who could break into the first team very quickly.
