Declan Rice Makes Frank Admission Which Sparks More Speculation About Potential United Transfer

West Ham midfielder Declan Rice has revealed that he loves playing at Old Trafford.

The England international put in another good display yesterday afternoon, despite the Hammers losing 1-0 to Manchester United, and the midfielder made a point to praise the atmosphere after the game:

“I was loving it. Every time I come to Old Trafford, I’ve always said it’s one of my favourite places to play. It’s an amazing stadium.”

Such comments will undoubtedly prompt more questions about whether Rice would consider making a switch to the Red Devils at the end of the season.

United, along with Manchester City and Chelsea, are said to be interested in the 22-year-old, and it is believed that the midfielder is a top target for the summer transfer window.

However, the fact that United are struggling this season has raised doubts about whether Rice would be keen on the move. West Ham’s reported £100m+ price tag has also raised a few eyebrows but the player’s latest comments would suggest he’d be open to a transfer if the Manchester club manage to come up with the funds necessary to sign him.
