Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has question marks over the fitness of a number of players heading into the crucial match against Chelsea on Monday night.

New signing Odion Ighalo could well be included in the matchday squad with the Nigerian looking to prove his fitness ahead of the game at Stamford Bridge.

Axel Tuanzebe (hamstring) and Scott McTominay (knee) are closing in on returns to first-team action but the match next week may come too early for the pair.

Paul Pogba (ankle) is expected to return to fitness in March, while Marcus Rashford (back) and Lee Grant are both unavailable.

For Chelsea, manager Frank Lampard is sweating over the fitness of Christian Pulisic with the American international struggling to recover from a groin problem. Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Achilles) and Marco van Ginkel (knee) are still out of contention.
