Cavani, Pogba And Bailly To Start, Greenwood On The Bench: United’s Predicted XI To Play Roma

Manchester United will be looking to get a healthy first-leg lead when they take on Roma in the Europa League semi-final at Old Trafford this evening.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to rotate the goalkeepers once more with David De Gea coming in to replace Dean Henderson between the sticks.

In defence, Eric Bailly is fit and the Ivorian could start in place of Victor Lindelof, with Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw making up the rest of the back four.

Scott McTominay and Fred are favourites to be selected in the holding midfield roles, with Bruno Fernandes taking up his customary no.10 position.

Up front, Mason Greenwood did not impress against Leeds playing in the number nine role so Edinson Cavani may well come into the lineup. Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford could play either side of the Uruguayan.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face Roma:

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, Fernandes, McTominay, Rashford, Cavani, Pogba
