Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says that Alexis Sanchez has an outside chance of being involved against Bournemouth on Sunday.
The United forward has been out for a month with a hamstring injury, but the Chilean is working hard to get back in time for the weekend.
Anthony Martial also missed the 3-1 win over Huddersfield due to illness, while Romelu Lukaku has been on compassionate leave. However, it seems both could also be contention to play against the Cherries:
“Hopefully the front three with Romelu, Alexis and Anthony – that is not a bad three to have ready. So towards the end [of a game], when you are 2-0 up, 3-0 up, if you can put players with pace on, then that makes a difference.”
Fans on Twitter were particularly interested to see if Sanchez plays:
Can’t wait to see Sanchez hit form ?

The attack has looked pretty potent under Solskjaer without the involvement of Sanchez and Lukaku so far, so it will be intriguing to see how they fit into the Norwegian’s tactical plans.
Having scored eight goals in his first two games as interim manager, the United legend may be reluctant to change too much, but with games coming thick and fast, some rotation may be needed for Sunday’s game at Old Trafford.
