Bailly To Start, Lindelof Dropped: Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face Tottenham

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be looking to build on the win over Brighton in the Carabao Cup during the week. It has been a difficult start to the season for the Red Devils, but they will be facing a Tottenham team this evening who are in the midst of a fixture pileup.

In goal, David De Gea is expected to return after being rested for the match on Wednesday night. There could be a change in the backline, though. Victor Lindelof’s poor form could possibly cost him his place, with Eric Bailly coming in to partner Harry Maguire. Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw are likely to line up in the fullback positions.

In midfield, Solskjaer may consider starting Donny van de Beek, although it is difficult to see where he could fit in. He may keep faith with the trio of Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes in the middle of the park.

The front three kind of picks itself at the moment, with Mason Greenwood on the right, Rashford playing off the left flank and Anthony Martial through the middle.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face Spurs:
