Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho played the full 90 minutes as the Red Devils progressed through to the FA Cup semi-finals with a 3-1 win over Fulham on Sunday.
It was a mixed afternoon for the 22-year-old. As well as winning the penalty, he also had a hand in Marcel Sabizer’s goal, with a great pass to Luke Shaw. However, he was pretty hesitant on the ball and he did miss another chance from a Bruno Fernandes freekick.
Supporters on Twitter are very much split on whether Sancho had a good game or not at the weekend:
Average at best. Not good enough

He was good but a bit hesitant… he was afraid of taking risks (not taking shots)… hope he will gain his confidence soon and become clinical

It’s probably best to take the positives from the display. Sancho was involved in two goals and he also made three key passes on the day, which was the joint-most of anyone on the pitch.
Whether he is looking like a £73m player at the moment, though, is another matter, and hopefully, the winger can build on that performance in upcoming games.
