Manchester United owner Avram Glazer has refused to rule out selling the club after being confronted by a reporter at his home in Palm Beach.
When the journalist asked whether his family were considering a sale following the collapse of their plans for a European Super League, Glazer replied:
While Glazer may have been trying to get the reporter off his back, he didn’t simply say ‘no’, which has got some supporters on Twitter thinking that a sale could be in the offing:
At least he didn’t say no

The biggest issue would be the price. United were recently valued in excess of $4billion by Forbes magazine, and there is unlikely to be many out there interested in buying out the Glazers for that price, especially in the current economic climate.
Undoubtedly, fans will be putting more pressure on them to sell up in the coming weeks and it will be interesting to see if it has any effect.
