Arsenal V Manchester United: Match Preview, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

Manchester United reached a nadir with their performance against Liverpool on Tuesday night and, combined with the confirmation that Paul Pogba (calf) will be out for the rest of the season, there isn’t any real hope that Ralf Rangnick’s side can finish the campaign strongly.

They will be facing an Arsenal side tomorrow lunchtime who are coming into the game on a high after beating London rivals Chelsea midweek, so United fans won’t be too optimistic about getting a result at the Emirates.

Rangnick will, though, have Cristiano Ronaldo, Scott McTominay and Raphael Varane all back in contention for the game, but he is still without Fred (hip), Luke Shaw (leg) and Edinson Cavani (calf), in addition to Pogba.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face Arsenal:

De Gea, Dalot, Lindelof, Varane, Telles, McTominay, Fernandes, Matic, Elanga, Ronaldo, Sancho

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has said Takehiro Tomiyasu (calf) will face a fitness test today to determine whether he can play tomorrow, but Thomas Partey (thigh) and Kieran Tierney (knee) are both unavailable.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI:

Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, White, Gabriel, Tavares, Elneny, Odegaard, Xhaka, Saka, Nketiah, Smith Rowe

The bookies have Arsenal as the slight favourites with Betfred pricing them at 11/10 for the win. A draw is 5/2 with William Hill while a victory for United is 13/5 at Sky Bet.

Predicted Score – 2-1 to Arsenal
