Gary Lineker Calls Out Some United Fans As Club Go Top Of The Table

BBC presenter and former England international Gary Lineker is hoping that some Manchester United supporters will be silenced now the Red Devils have moved to the top of the Premier League table.

Twitter, in particular, is host to a lot of fans (from every team) who complain about every aspect of their club and Lineker decided to call some of them out following United’s win against Burnley:

Inevitably, as and when United do drop points between now and the end of the season, these type of supporters will be back in full force but, for now, there should only be positivity heading into this weekend’s game against Liverpool.

Their opponents are not in the greatest of form, and with United having won seven of their eight games on the road this season, they may not have a better chance of getting a win at Anfield. Fans will be keenly anticipating Sunday’s top of the te table clash.
