Manchester United have announced that Memphis Depay will be playing under LVG’s supervision starting from June. The 21 year old will take the medical as soon as the transfer window opens at the beginning of next month and as long as that goes ok then he will join United . According to the Daily Mail, the brilliant youngster will be the next big thing at Old Trafford where he is expected to shine right from the beginning. The Dutch left winger who many say has a similar playing style to that of CR7 has spent just three years with PSV before making the step to a major club. It is quite an achievement for Depay who at such a young age, will probably get to be van Gaal’s first choice for next season.

United are spending big on young players in order to create a strong group for the future. They already have Luke Shaw, Adnan Januzaj, De Gea, and Jones who will probably be the backbone of the team for the seasons to come. Manchester now need to focus on bringing in a new midfielder and possibly a striker to take over from RVP. Even though there are rumors that Van Gaal is interested in keeping Falcao, it would be best to see a youngster get the chance to become the team’s top goal scorer.
